Role Description The Manager – Implementation plays a critical role in overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of supply chain solutions to meet customer needs. This on-site role, located in Mumbai, is responsible for managing project teams, ensuring timely and effective implementation, and maintaining continuous communication with clients to align project objectives.

Key responsibilities include analyzing client requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring adherence to company guidelines and standards.



The Manager – Implementation will also monitor project performance and drive resolutions for any issues that arise during the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Solid project management and leadership skills, with expertise in planning, coordination, and problem-solving.

- Proficiency in data analysis, process optimization, and decision-making.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
n
- Understanding of supply chain operations and logistics industry practices, with a focus on implementing operational efficiencies.
n
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

- Hands-on experience with project management software and tools, such as MS Project or similar platforms, is highly desirable.
n
- Adaptability, problem-solving aptitude, and analytical thinking skills, with an emphasis on delivering results.
