About the Role

nWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Events Sales Executive to drive sales for our awards and recognition programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching award opportunities, and closing sales while building strong relationships with organizations and industry leaders.n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Work on leads provided by the company and conduct outbound calling to potential clients
- Identify and generate leads across industries for award nominations and partnerships
- Pitch award categories and participation benefits to clients
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, negotiation, and closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, agencies, and decision-makers
- Conduct client meetings, including in-person visits, as and when required
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets




- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to align sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings

Key Requirements

n

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism & Mass communication or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or event/awards sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Willingness to travel and visit clients for meetings when required
- Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and client meetings
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mind-set
- Experience in media, events, or B2B sales is a plus.
