About the Role

nWe're looking for an Email Marketing & Lead Generation Executive who can build and optimize email campaigns, automation flows, and lead funnels for our International & B2B clients. You'll also help us document and build SOPs for our marketing operations.n

Key Responsibilities

nStrategy & Campaignsn

n
- Plan and execute lifecycle email journeys: welcome, nurture, re-engagement, post-purchase
n
- Run cold outreach + warm nurture campaigns for lead generation
n
- Maintain a campaign calendar and run A/B tests
n

nLead Generationnn
- Build targeted lead lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter, etc.
n
- Manage outreach sequences (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar)
n
- Track replies, follow-ups, and convert leads into qualified prospects
n

nAutomation & Segmentationnn
- Set up automated flows, segmentation, and personalization
n
- Work with tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Brevo
n
- Maintain list hygiene and deliverability best practices
n

nSOP Creationnn




- Document step-by-step SOPs for email, lead gen, and reporting workflows
n
- Standardize processes for the team to follow
n

nAnalyticsnn
- Track Open Rate, CTR, Reply Rate, Conversions
n
- Share weekly performance reports & recommendations
n

nMust-Have Skills:nn
- 1–3 years experience in email marketing or lead generation
n
- Hands-on with at least one email tool (Mailchimp / Klaviyo / HubSpot / Instantly / Smartlead)
n
- Good written English for outreach copy
n
- Basic HTML email editing knowledge
n
- Strong documentation skills (for SOPs)
n
- Understanding of deliverability basics (SPF, DKIM, warm-up)
n

nNice-to-Have:nn
- Experience with AI automations
n
- Knowledge of WhatsApp / SMS marketing
n
- Familiarity with CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
n
- Any relevant certification (HubSpot, Google, Meta)
