Role & responsibilities

- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and research current business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques. Generate qualified leads and actively prospect for potential customers.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their business goals.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to successful closure. This includes scheduling first meetings, conducting in-depth analysis of customer needs, crafting tailored proposals, and exploring objections and concerns.
- Presentations and Demonstrations: Create and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and addressing specific client challenges.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms that meet stakeholder needs while ensuring company profitability, leading to the successful closing of deals.




- Account Management: Maintain ongoing account management, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to create customized solutions and ensure seamless customer experiences.

CRM Management: Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to track leads, manage client interactions, and maintain accurate sales records.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a B2B sales role.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
