Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver comprehensive lessons for Class XI and XII in accordance with the prescribed board syllabus.
Lab Management: Conduct practical experiments in the Biology lab, ensuring all safety protocols are followed and students gain hands-on technical skills.
Academic Mentorship: Prepare students for board examinations and entrance tests (like NEET) through regular assessments, doubt-clearing sessions, and remedial classes.
Pedagogical Innovation: Utilize modern teaching aids, digital tools, and interactive methods to make complex biological concepts accessible and engaging.
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate student records, participate in staff meetings, and contribute to school events and science exhibitions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Educational Background: B.Sc.
in Life Sciences/Biology/Botany/Zoology.
M.Sc. in Biology or a related specialized field.
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
Experience:Prior experience teaching senior secondary classes is preferred.
Communication: Solid command over English and the ability to communicate scientific concepts clearly.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to integrate technology and digital platforms into the classroom environment.
