Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution at our Gangtok site. The role involves managing planning, execution, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects. This position requires strong in office presence and flexibility for travel

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution from planning to completion

- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards

- Identify and mitigate project risks and implement contingency plans

- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth execution

- Monitor progress and provide regular project updates and reports





- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

- Conduct post-project reviews to improve future performance

Requirements

- 12–20 years of experience in project management

- Strong expertise in project planning, execution, and site management

- Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and scheduling

- Hands-on experience in risk management and problem-solving

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Willingness to work on-site and travel frequently

Relevant Experience - 12 years in project management,Project Planning & Execution, Budget & Cost Control, Stakeholder Management & Leadership from (construction/infrastructure preferred) industry
Location- Gangtok (Site-based) | Alignment with Guwahati Office
Notice period - immediate to 30 days
Salary - Upto 20 LPA
