nWe are looking for a dynamic recruiter to manage hiring requirements. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating a high volume of candidates within tight timelines.n

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references

- Conduct initial screening & telephonic interviews
n
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
n
- Manage large volumes of candidates efficiently

- Maintain candidate database and trackers
n
- Ensure timely closures and target achievement
n

nRequirements:n

- Experience in recruitment / volume hiring preferred
n
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
n
- Familiarity with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn
n
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
n
