Role Description

nThis is a full-time Basketball Coach position based in office at the school's campus in Dwarka, New Delhi. The coach will be responsible for training students in basketball, conducting regular practice sessions, and mentoring players to improve their skills and team performance.n

Responsibilities include planning and organizing training programs, motivating and guiding the team during practice and competitions, ensuring the physical fitness of players, and maintaining sports equipment.



The coach will also collaborate with school administration to plan events and foster a culture of sportsmanship and teamwork.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in basketball coaching, including designing training sessions and developing skill-building drills

- Proven leadership, team-building, and mentoring skills to inspire and guide students

- Knowledge of game strategies, skills evaluation, and performance analysis to ensure player and team development

- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, parents, and school staff effectively

- Physical fitness and the ability to demonstrate basketball techniques and skills
n
- Relevant certifications in basketball coaching or sports training

- Previous coaching or playing experience in basketball, preferably at an educational institution

- Passion for sports education and commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive team environment
