Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sustainable revenue growth across online and offline channels.
- Plan and execute high-impact campaigns across digital platforms and retail stores.
- Develop store-level initiatives to increase footfall, improve conversions, and drive repeat sales.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
- Oversee creation of marketing assets, promotional materials, and in-store branding.
- Collaborate with external agencies to execute and optimize campaigns.
- Lead the social media strategy and team to enhance reach, engagement, and performance.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements to maximize ROI.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine strategies.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen the team, set clear goals, and drive accountability for results.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
