Job Title: Production Associate Manufacturing / Filling / Washing
Role: Shift Incharge / Line Incharge / Executive
Location: Goa
Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced professionals who will be responsible for managing shift operations, handling production lines, and ensuring smooth manufacturing processes while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise manufacturing operations during assigned shifts
Handle Filling and Washing processes as per SOPs
Ensure adherence to GMP and safety guidelines
Monitor production targets and minimize downtime
Coordinate with QA, QC, and Maintenance teams
Maintain batch records and documentation
Troubleshoot operational issues during shifts
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: B.Pharm
Experience: 8 to 12 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing
Experience in Filling/Washing operations is mandatory
Robust knowledge of GMP and documentation
Important Note:
This is a shift-based role, and the selected candidate will work as a Shift Incharge / Line Incharge.
