Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Lead with solid expertise in Windows systems and networking to manage and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience, leadership skills, and the ability to handle night shift operations efficiently. Key Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and manage the IT support team during night shifts

n
Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers and systems

n
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues (LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewalls)

n
Ensure high availability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure

n
Handle incident management, escalation, and root cause analysis

n
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies

n
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors

n
Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and troubleshooting guides

n
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards

n

Required Skills:

n

n




Solid experience in Windows Server administration

n
Good knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching)

n
Hands-on experience with Active Directory and system security

n
Familiarity with virtualization tools (VMware/Hyper-V)

n
Experience in handling ITSM tools and ticketing systems

n
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

n
Strong leadership and team management abilities

n

Preferred Qualifications:

n

n
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

n
Certifications like MCSE, CCNA, or equivalent are an added advantage

n
Experience in handling night shift operations

n

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
