Job Title: Researcher Location: Bangalore OR Mumbai

Role Overview: We are looking for a Researcher with strong research and market intelligence capabilities to support Talent Acquisition projects through data-driven insights and talent mapping.

Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements and extract relevant keywords from job descriptions. Create advanced Boolean search strings across platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google, and X-Ray search. Conduct market research and talent landscaping using public and private databases. Deliver insights on talent availability, location mapping, gender diversity, competitor analysis, and salary benchmarks. Convert research findings into transparent, visually compelling presentations and actionable insights.





Requirements : 2+ years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, headhunting, or research. Strong expertise in Boolean search and online candidate sourcing. Valuable understanding of industries, job roles, and talent market trends. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint tools for storytelling through infographics. Analytical mindset with robust storytelling and presentation skills.

Note : Training will be provided; however, prior experience in search string creation, infographics and online sourcing is essential
