We’re looking for a CTO to build the intelligence layer of an AI-native company.
We’re at a defining stage and looking for a hands-on CTO who has lived through multiple tech cycles—from classical ML to today’s , LLM-driven systems—and is excited to architect what comes next. I need a Tech Co- Founder with a product development experience preferably in Computer Vision and Video LLMs. Media and Entertainment or Gaming industry is preferred but not mandatory.
This is not a managerial role on the sidelines.
This is a builder’s seat at the table.
What you’ll own
Design and lead the end-to-end AI/ML architecture of the platform
Build and scale workflows and autonomous systems
Lead LLM fine-tuning (instruction tuning, task-specific tuning — hands-on)
Architect synthetic data pipelines for training and evaluation
Develop and train predictive & classical ML image/video models (this is non-negotiable)
Implement and optimize ML pipelines, vector databases, and retrieval systems
Oversee GPU orchestration, infra efficiency, and cost-aware scaling
Make key decisions on models,
stacks, trade-offs, and long-term AI strategy
What we’re looking for
10–15 years of experience in ML-computer vision / AI / data systems
Robust grounding in classical ML (before the LLM wave)
Recent, hands-on experience with LLMs, modern AI stacks and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure etc..)
Someone who has built, shipped, broken, and rebuilt real systems
Startup mindset: ownership, speed, clarity, and comfort with ambiguity
Ability to think both deep-tech and product-first
Nice to have
Experience building AI /ML Models in production
Prior work on model fine-tuning and evaluation frameworks
Experience in early-stage or zero-to-one products
