Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations of the store, manage the sales team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include managing staff performance, implementing retail strategies, handling inventory, addressing customer inquiries,



and maintaining seamless store functionality. The Store Manager will also oversee compliance with company policies, optimize profitability, and uphold retail loss prevention practices.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure high-quality interactions and experiences.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Proven experience in Store Management and ability to lead retail operations effectively.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention to ensure compliance and safeguard store assets.
- Time management, organizational skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in training and supervising staff for improved performance is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and retail systems is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Retail, Business Administration, or a related field.
