We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven On-Platform Advertising specialist to manage and optimize digital ad campaigns for smartphones across Flipkart and Amazon. This role involves implementing ad campaigns, monitoring performance, and maximizing ad revenue while ensuring a smooth user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing and running ads on Flipkart and Amazon for smartphones, electronics, large appliances brands/products
Optimize ad placements for performance, viewability, and user experience.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess ad performance and do optimizations.
Collaborate with marketing, Sales, content, and design teams for seamless and end to end execution
Manage end-to-end campaign execution,



ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and business goals.
Troubleshoot ad delivery issues and ensure compliance with industry standards and policies.
Generate and share daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and suggest insights and improvements.

Requirement :
Hands-on experience with Display Ads and Search Ads on both - Flipkart and Amazon
Strong understanding of campaign strategy, optimization & performance tracking
Ability to analyze data and drive high-performing campaigns
A mindset focused on ROI, scaling, and continuous improvement
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a rapid-paced environment.
