About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary and globally recognised Enterprise Solution leader to head our Global Enterprise Solution Technical Practice. This role is responsible for guiding a worldwide community of national Enterprise Solution practices, driving global portfolio management, standardization and industrialization, collaboration, knowledge sharing, capability development, and technical excellence across diverse markets and teams.

The Global Technical Practice Lead will serve as both a mentor and an innovator—someone who inspires others, champions excellence, and fosters a culture of engagement, continuous learning, and professional growth. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic and influential leader to shape the direction of Enterprise Solution services within a premier global technology consulting organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Practice Leadership & Strategy

- Define and execute the global technical strategy for the Enterprise Solution practice.
- Drive the portfolio management, standardization and industrialization of the solutions across markets

Pre-Sales & Delivery Enablement

- Partner with sales and account teams globally in a pre-sales capacity, shaping proposals, solution architectures, and commercial approaches.
- Support complex delivery engagements as a technical escalation point and trusted advisor.

Collaboration, Knowledge Sharing & Best Practices

- Establish and maintain a vibrant global community of enterprise solution consultants,



enabling seamless collaboration and knowledge exchange across regions.
- Lead regular global forums, technical deep dives, and innovation sessions to share best practices, accelerators, and lessons learned

Thought Leadership & External Presence

- Act as a global technical ambassador, representing the practice at major Enterprise Solution events (SAP, Salesforce etc …), industry conferences, and customer forums.

People Development & Culture

- Mentor and coach national practice leads and senior consultants, supporting their skilled and technical growth, and facilitating senior consultants to develop junior consultants.
- Drive initiatives to improve consultant engagement, retention, and career progression

Experience & Expertise

- Globally recognised achievements in Enterprise Solution leadership, consulting, or technical practice management (minimum 10-15 years of experience)
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing technical teams across regions and cultures.
- Strong track record in thought leadership, public speaking, and conference presentations.
- Expertise across multiple Enteprise Solution domains with specific knowledge on SAP and / or Salesforce, with deep technical and strategic understanding.
- Demonstrated experience in pre-sales and delivery activities and influencing client outcomes through technical excellence.
- Outstanding communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Inspirational leadership style that motivates others to reach their full potential.
