Role Description

This is a full-time HR Manager role located on-site in Hyderabad. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the company's human resources, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. The HR Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong HR management experience with proven track record
- Excellent knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations
- Experience with recruitment, training and development, and performance management
- Effective problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant HR certification
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
