Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical CRM Team Lead with robust expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will lead development teams, drive technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery of CRM projects.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead and mentor the CRM technical team
✔ Design and develop solutions using Dynamics CRM & .NET
✔ Drive architecture, customization, and integrations
✔ Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement analysis and solution design
✔ Ensure code quality, performance, and best practices
✔ Manage deployments and support activities
Required Skills




✔ Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 CE
✔ Expertise in .NET / .NET Core, C#, and Web APIs
✔ Hands-on experience with Dataverse and integrations
✔ Good understanding of CRM customization & configuration
✔ Experience with Azure services is a plus
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔ Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations
