Role Description
This is a full time on-site role located in Noida for a Sales Professional. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, providing expert advice on Dubai real estate investments, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Professional will actively engage with clients to understand their needs,



showcase properties, conduct negotiations, and ensure a seamless transaction process. Collaboration with the internal team to develop sales strategies and market insights will also be essential.

Qualifications
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Sales, client relationship management, and business development expertise
Knowledge of real estate markets, particularly in Dubai, is an advantage
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple client interactions
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Prior experience in real estate sales or a related field is beneficial
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
Own Conveyance Must with Valid Driving Licence.
Passport Valid upto 6 months ( Mandatory )
