Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager – Solutioning to drive technology solution design and articulation for strategic client engagements. The ideal candidate will combine deep technology expertise with robust consulting acumen to help clients solve complex business challenges through innovative AI, Data & Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities –
 Lead solutioning efforts for client proposals, RFP responses, and strategic pursuits with a focus on AI/GenAI, Data & Analytics, and Cloud transformation.
 Translate complex technical capabilities into simple, compelling, and business-ready narratives that resonate with executive and technical stakeholders.
 Architect and articulate end-to-end solution designs, value propositions, and high-level implementation approaches aligned to client needs.
 Partner closely with Sales,



Delivery, Product, and SME teams to ensure alignment of solutioning strategy and win themes.
 Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and executive briefings that clearly communicate technical value and business impact.

Qualifications & Skills
 6–8 years in solutioning, pre-sales, consulting.
 Strong understanding of AI/GenAI concepts and enterprise use cases.
 Good knowledge of Data, Analytics & Cloud fundamentals.
 Excellent client-facing, communication & presentation skills.
 Ability to simplify technical concepts into business value.
 Effective stakeholder management & cross-functional coordination.
