About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead domestic sales and marketing for Polyester Films. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and expanding market share across North India. The ideal candidate will have a solid industry network and proven expertise in sales of packaging films such as PET, BOPP, and BOPET.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the domestic market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) for smooth order execution.




Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and service.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 8 years of experience in sales & marketing of Polyester Films or flexible packaging films.
Strong network and understanding of domestic packaging film market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
