Profile : Qualified person with 5-8 years business Partnering experience . Additionally this role requires strong knowledge of UK and Ireland employment law and local compliance, which typically comes from experienced associates —
Redundancy management is a complex and critical aspect of the UK and Ireland portfolio.
TUPE experience is particularly valuable for rebadging activities
Cultural alignment is also an key factor for success in this role - knowledge of UK and Ireland/Europe market - this may not be a big challenge for an IJP candidate with the right attitude.
