We are hiring for the role of Sales Development/Business Development Representative for one of the SaaS startup based in Bangalore.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns to effectively communicate the client’s value proposition and product offerings.
Generate new business opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting in the Americas region.
Conduct discovery calls, qualify leads, and introduce prospects to relevant solutions.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine and optimize outreach strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and activities in the CRM.
Within 1 Month:
Complete onboarding and gain a strong understanding of the platform, product features, and target audience.
Learn and apply best practices for lead generation using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Klenty, HubSpot, Google Sheets, Slack, and Gmail Workspace.
Develop a explicit understanding of the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), along with industry-specific use cases and case studies.
Shadow discovery calls (inbound and outbound) to understand sales processes and objectives.




Initiate outreach campaigns and personalized messaging under guidance.
Align with the manager to set performance goals and KPIs.
Within 3 Months:
Take ownership of the lead generation pipeline and independently manage discovery calls.
Consistently achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and calls.
Develop a personalized outreach approach and optimize messaging to improve engagement.
Partner with marketing to leverage high-impact content for outreach.
Identify ideal prospect profiles and share insights with the sales team.
Work with market research teams to refine account targeting and contribute to case study development.
Within 6 Months:
Independently manage a strong pipeline of leads with a high conversion rate from calls to meetings.
Continuously refine outreach strategies based on performance metrics and insights.
Drive growth within the assigned vertical by identifying new target markets and suggesting improvements in messaging and processes.
