Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – RPA/Python to lead end-to-end delivery of automation programs enhanced with AI/ML capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of RPA platforms and Python-based automation, along with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive measurable business outcomes such as cost optimization, improved quality, and reduced cycle time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of RPA and AI-driven automation projects from discovery to deployment and hypercare
- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and resources effectively
- Own governance activities including project planning, RAID management, status reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Conduct process discovery workshops and identify automation opportunities with clear ROI/business case
- Oversee the complete solution lifecycle: requirement gathering, design review, development, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Python-based automation, APIs, and data workflows
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance, and secure automation practices
- Track and improve KPIs such as bot success rate, SLA adherence, exception rate, and cost savings
- Drive change management initiatives including training, SOP updates, and transition to support teams




- Contribute to RPA CoE practices including reusable assets, delivery frameworks, and governance models

Required Qualifications:

- 10+ years of IT/digital delivery experience with at least 4+ years in RPA/automation project management
- Proven experience managing multiple automation projects at enterprise scale
- Solid knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
- Working knowledge of Python (scripting, APIs, automation workflows)
- Experience in AI-enabled automation (OCR, document processing, ML-based workflows)
- Strong project management skills including planning, risk management, and vendor coordination
- Experience with Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models and SDLC processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with AI tools (OCR, Document Understanding, LLM-based workflows)
- Knowledge of API integrations, databases (SQL), and messaging systems
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and DevOps practices (CI/CD)
- Experience with bot monitoring, logging, and production support
- Exposure to RPA CoE setup and governance
