Roles Overview:

We are looking for a agile and result‐driven Retail Sales Head to lead our sales initiatives in the

PR and advertising space. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of media solutions,

client servicing, and revenue generation within the retail segment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing retail clients across Pan India markets and

nearby markets

 Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed business targets

 Build strong relationships with brands, agencies, and key decision‐makers in the PR and

advertising ecosystem

 Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the retail sector

 Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, operations) to deliver effective campaigns

and solutions

 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies

 Lead client presentations, negotiations, and closures





 Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

Key Requirements

 5–7 years of experience in sales within PR, advertising, media, or digital marketing industry

 Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

 Strong network within retail brands and agencies is highly preferred

 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

 Ability to work in a fast‐paced, target‐driven environment

 Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

 Leadership mindset with the ability to independently manage the region

Desired Attributes

 Qualifications in Mass Communication, Journalism, or PR.

 Experience working with media platforms, content distribution, or digital PR solutions

 Familiarity with tech driven PR and digital media intelligence.
