Role Description
Lead the design and Space Planning of the Project majorly Corporate Fit-outs focusing on Flexibility, Functionality, Aesthetics and Budget
Manage project from Concept to completion, Co-ordinating with the Clients, PMCs, Project Team, Consultants and the Vendors
Develop Interior design, 3D Model, Rendered Views, Detail drawings, GFCs, Presentations, Mood boards, Construction Documents and ensure compliance with regulations




Conduct site visits to ensure design quality and timely construction
Guide Project team on site and Internal team for the flawless design execution and do Site Audits
Collaborate with QS & Procurement team for Costing, Budget and Material Quantity understanding
Co-ordinate with the vendors explaining the project requirements, Check and Approve shop drawings for the precise site executions as per the given design
Maintain Accurate records/documentation of Client interactions, On-Site discussions and Project Updates

Qualifications
Proficiency in Architecture, Architectural Design, and related disciplines
Experience in Software Development and Integration for architectural projects
Strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and execution
Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles
Proficiency in architectural design tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
Experience in residential, commercial, or corporate design projects is highly desirable
