Brand Manager – Emerging Supplement & Fitness Brand

Location:

Pitampura, Delhi (On-site)

Salary:

₹50,000 – ₹60,000/month

Role Description

We are building a new-age supplement, fitness, and lifestyle brand designed for ambitious consumers in the health and performance space. Our focus is on creating a strong brand identity, innovative products, and scalable digital growth.

We are looking for a proactive Brand Manager who can help shape and scale the brand from an early stage.

Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy & Positioning

- Develop and execute the overall brand strategy
- Build and maintain strong brand identity across all platforms
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights
- Help position the brand uniquely in the fitness and supplement market

Marketing & Campaign Management

- Plan and oversee digital campaigns across:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- Influencer Marketing
- Social Media
- Coordinate product launches, promotional calendars, and growth initiatives
- Collaborate with creative teams for ad creatives, website assets, and social content

Product Launch & Development Support

- Assist in product positioning, packaging concepts, and launch planning
- Coordinate between marketing, design,



and operational teams

Social Media & Content Oversight

- Guide content strategy for Instagram, website, app, and email marketing
- Ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and customer engagement
- Help create high-conversion brand narratives

Influencer & Athlete Partnerships

- Identify relevant creators, athletes, and brand ambassadors
- Build strategic partnerships for visibility and trust

Ecommerce & Customer Experience

- Work with ecommerce teams to improve:
- Website branding
- Product pages
- Conversion funnels
- Retention strategies

Requirements:

- 2–5 years experience in brand management, D2C marketing, ecommerce, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of branding, paid media, social growth, and influencer campaigns
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Fitness, wellness, or supplement industry understanding is a plus
- Startup mentality with strong ownership and execution capabilities
