Hiring: Meta Ads Growth Specialist (Performance Marketer) – Help Us Crack Profitability

I’m looking for a sharp, execution-focused Meta Ads expert to take over and scale performance for my Dating app, Oodle.

We’re already running ads, getting installs, and seeing strong engagement — but now the goal is straightforward: profitability, fast.

This is not a “manage campaigns slowly” role.
This is a figure it out, optimize aggressively, and drive ROI role.

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Owning end-to-end Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)
- Scaling winning campaigns and killing underperformers fast
- Improving ROAS and bringing us to consistent profitability
- Testing creatives, audiences, hooks, and funnels daily
- Working closely with me on rapid experiments and iterations
- Making data-driven decisions (not guesswork)

Current context:
- We already have active campaigns running




- CPI is strong (India + international markets)
- Conversion funnel exists but needs optimization
- Tracking is partially set up (not perfect, needs improvement)

What I’m looking for:
- Someone who has actually scaled apps or consumer products
- Strong understanding of ROAS, LTV, and performance loops
- Comfortable moving fast and taking ownership
- Can operate independently without hand-holding
- Bonus: Experience with dating / social / consumer apps

Compensation:
- Fixed + performance upside
