We’re looking for a dynamic and result-oriented qualified to lead our Mangalore center—driving enrollments, managing operations, and guiding students toward successful careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete admissions lifecycle from lead generation to enrollment

• Achieve monthly targets and drive revenue growth

• Oversee daily center operations ensuring high service quality and compliance

• Lead, mentor, and enhance performance of the counseling team

• Plan and execute local marketing and outreach initiatives

• Maintain accurate reports using MS Excel (inquiries, admissions, revenue)





• Conduct career counseling sessions for students and parents

Requirements:

• 10–12 years of experience in sales, admissions, or education management

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)

• Proficiency in Tamil and Kannada

• Strong expertise in MS Excel and data reporting

• Proven success in achieving aggressive sales targets

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
