Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a PHP Laravel Technical Lead based in Pune Division. The Technical Lead will oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework. Responsibilities include designing technical solutions, writing clean and scalable code, managing databases, ensuring application security, and leading a team of developers.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and adherence to best practices are also key aspects of this role. Some flexibility for remote work is available.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Software Development, Programming, and proficiency in PHP and Laravel
- Solid grasp of Databases and experience in database design and management
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity and Network Security to ensure robust application security
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing development teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a track record of delivering scalable solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern development tools is a plus
