Role Description
We are seeking an Admission Specialist for an on-site role at our Thane location. The Admission Specialist will oversee the student enrollment process, including engaging with potential candidates, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing detailed information about the institute’s programs. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to prospective students, guiding them through the admission process,



addressing inquiries, conducting follow-ups, and supporting enrollment goals. The Specialist will also collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure cohesive communication throughout the admission cycle.

Salary - 30k to 50k Plus Incentives
May to July - Admission of students
Post July - College Collaboration
College - #SIES College

Qualifications
Strong communication skills, including the ability to present information effectively and build rapport with prospective students
Customer service and relationship management skills, ensuring all interactions are positive and professional
Experience in sales or converting leads into successful enrollments
Familiarity with student recruiting or admissions in the education domain
Knowledge of educational environments and processes, with a focus on understanding entrepreneurial education
Robust organizational and follow-up skills
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with experience in higher education or admissions being desirable
