Job Purpose
To oversee and manage all facilities-related operations at the Head Office, ensuring a secure, efficient, and well-maintained work environment that supports business continuity and enhances employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end facilities operations including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and office administration.
Oversee vendor management, including selection, onboarding, performance monitoring, and contract renewals.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety norms, and audit requirements.
Drive workplace safety initiatives and conduct periodic safety drills and inspections.
Monitor and control facilities budget, track expenses, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
Handle employee queries and ensure high service levels for all facility-related requests.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for events, meetings,



and infrastructure requirements.

Job Specification
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Facilities Management / Administration
Experience
Minimum 10+ years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a corporate head office setup
Proven experience in managing large office spaces and multiple vendors
Exposure to compliance, audits, and safety standards
