Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Finance Analyst based in Bengaluru.
Key responsibilities
- Prepares tax filings and coordinate with corporate on state/federal tax compliance and accounting activities.
- Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
- Perform monthly variance analysis vs. forecast and prior periods
- Review and improve internal controls and Accounting/Finance policies and procedures
- Reports and administers Fixed Asset/Other Asset reporting and administration, including leading fixed asset verifications.
- Completes Internal control financial reporting (ICFR) testing and reporting, including planning and project management.
- •Assists finance manager with ongoing and special projects as assigned, including implementation of new accounting standards.
Qualifications
• 2- 4 years of progressive accounting experience; would consider recent college graduate with relevant internship experience
•Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
•Exceptional communication skills
•Strong PC and Excel skills
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
