Intro to the role

You will own the complete lifecycle of every landing page Satvic Movement publishes. From the first brief, to the live page, to the analytics that come back from it, to the A/B tests that make it convert better month after month. You'll be designer, copywriter, developer, and analyst - all in one. Over time, you'll build a system of reusable templates and components, so producing the 12th page is faster and better than the 1st.

What you'll do

Brief & strategy - Sit with head of marketing to understand the offering, the audience, and the angle. Write a one-page strategy doc before any design work begins.

Copywrite - Write the entire page copy: headlines, subheads, body, CTAs. This is the highest-leverage work in the role.

Design - Lay out the page in Figma, mobile-first, in the brand's palette and typography.

Build - Hand-code in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. No website builders. We need full control over performance and integrations.

QA & ship - Test on real devices, especially the Facebook and Instagram in-app browsers where most ad traffic actually lands. Deploy.

Read the data - Build Mixpanel funnels, find the leaks, form hypotheses.

A/B test - Run controlled experiments. Know when a test is conclusive and when it isn't. Document every test as a learning.

Build the system - After your first 5-6 pages, codify what works into reusable components, a documented design system, and a launch checklist.





What success looks like

In 12 months, we'd consider this role a success if:

Every Satvic workshop has a high-performing landing page that you've built and continuously improved.

The conversion rate of our top three workshop pages has improved by at least 30% from where they are today.

We have a documented Satvic Landing Page System that lets us launch a new page in under 7 days from brief to live.

Community members tell us our pages feel trustworthy, and unmistakably Satvic.

Who you are

Must-haves:

Conversion psychology and copywriting instinct. The most key skill in the role.

Hands-on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

A/B testing literacy.

Mixpanel or comparable analytics fluency. Funnels, retention, breakdowns. You enjoy living inside data.

Mobile-first design taste. 80% of our community members are on phones, often on patchy networks.

Strong written English. You'll be writing the copy.

Strongly preferred:

Familiarity with Meta Ads ecosystem (Pixel, CAPI).

Familiarity with Razorpay or similar payment gateways.

Figma proficiency.

Comfort with AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor) - these are real productivity multipliers.
