We are building a focused growth function and are looking for someone to play a critical role in creating and qualifying demand at Omni Media Consulting.
Compensation
Fixed monthly compensation in the range of
INR 40,000 - 60,000
Performance-linked incentives tied to qualified opportunities and pipeline quality
Clear progression path as the revenue function matures
Role Overview
This role sits at the intersection of growth strategy, demand creation, and sales qualification. You will be responsible for identifying the right audiences, initiating relevant conversations, and qualifying opportunities before they move into strategic discussions with leadership. This is not a cold-calling or closing role; it is a high-impact growth position that directly influences revenue outcomes.
You will work closely with the leadership team to refine targeting, messaging, and qualification frameworks as the firm scales.
Key Responsibilities
Research and define ideal customer profiles across priority industries and segments
Build and manage targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn and other professional platforms
Execute LinkedIn outreach and email communication aligned with Omni Media Consulting’s positioning
Conduct first-level discovery and qualification conversations with prospective clients
Assess opportunities based on fit, intent, budget readiness, and strategic alignment
Schedule and brief qualified strategy calls for leadership
Maintain clean and accurate pipeline records
Share structured feedback on objections, messaging effectiveness, and market signals
Support event, webinar, and inbound lead follow-ups where applicable
What Success Looks Like
Consistent flow of qualified strategy conversations each month
Improved lead quality and conversion from discovery to proposal
Clear insights into which segments, messages, and industries convert best
Strong collaboration with leadership to improve overall growth strategy
Ideal Candidate Profile
3 - 4 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth, or sales qualification roles
Exposure to digital marketing, consulting, SaaS, or qualified services environments
Comfortable engaging with founders, CXOs, and senior decision-makers
Strong discovery and qualification skills, able to distinguish curiosity from real intent
Confident written and verbal communication, especially on LinkedIn
Structured thinker who values clarity, process, and continuous improvement
