Role Description
This is a full-time in office role for a Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist based in Chennai. The selected candidate will manage real estate transactions, including conducting property viewings, listing residential properties,



negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. They will also build and maintain long-term client relationships while meeting sales targets and staying updated on market trends.

Qualifications
Proven expertise in Real Estate Sales and Residential Real Estate
Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and understanding of real estate laws and policies
Excellent Customer Service skills with a client-first mindset
Ability to build and maintain qualified relationships
Solid communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
Flexibility to work on-site in Chennai
Prior experience in real estate or a related field is an advantage
Knowledge of the Chennai real estate market is a plus
