Job Summary:

Million Minds Management Services Ltd is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive business growth, and manage client relationships. The role involves team handling, recruitment operations, client visits, and sales activities to ensure smooth branch functioning and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end branch operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the branch team to achieve targets.
- Manage existing clients and develop strong client relationships.
- Conduct regular client visits for coordination, service delivery, and business expansion.




- Oversee recruitment operations including manpower planning, sourcing, and deployment.
- Drive sales activities, acquire current clients, and generate revenue.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements and service quality.
- Maintain MIS, reports, and branch performance metrics.

Requirements:

- Experience: 4-10 years in branch management or recruitment operations.
- Prior experience working with e-commerce clients within the recruitment/staffing industry.
- Strong team handling and client management skills.
- Good communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client visits.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
