Overview:

We are a dynamic professional couple seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support both our personal and professional lives. This is a remote, full-time role designed to make daily operations easier and help us balance business and personal priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments for both business and personal tasks.
Coordinate business travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
Assist with personal errands, such as online shopping, gift sourcing, and subscription management.
Handle communication—draft emails, manage correspondence, and liaise with clients and partners.
Conduct research and compile business reports to support decision-making.
Collaborate effectively using communication and project tools, ensuring smooth remote interaction (e.g., video calls, messaging platforms, and task management apps).

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant (1+ year preferred).




Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in online collaboration tools (e.g., video conferencing, messaging, project management software).
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential matters.
Flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to changing needs.
