The Role
At Thought Pencil, client servicing is not coordination, It’s stewardship. You will be the bridge between ideas and impact, ensuring that every brief is understood deeply, every execution is sharp, and every client interaction builds trust.

What You Will Do
Own client relationships with clarity, confidence, and responsiveness
Decode briefs beyond the obvious and translate them into actionable direction for internal teams
Work closely with strategy, creative, and production to deliver high-quality outputs
Drive timelines, follow through relentlessly, and ensure nothing slips
Anticipate client needs rather than react to them
Contribute to campaign thinking, not just execution
Present work with conviction and context




Identify opportunities to deepen client engagement and grow accounts

What We Are Looking For
2+ years in an advertising / branding agency environment
Robust communication skills , written, verbal, and presentation
High ownership mindset with attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple projects without losing sharpness
Good judgement, clarity of thought, and structured working style
