Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Delhi (with presence in Bengaluru, Chennai), SpareVillage connects MSMEs with verified vendors to simplify procurement, reduce downtime, and cut costs through fast delivery (often within 24 hours). It serves over 1,500 industries across 20,000+ PIN codes, sourcing 5,000+ orders monthly from 1,000+ vendors.

Role Overview: -

We are a fast-growing startup. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can turn briefs into high-impact visuals that drive engagement and sales across digital and print.

Key Responsibilities: -

1. Performance Creatives: Design static posts, carousels, and ad creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

2. Brand & Marketing Collateral: Create website banners, email headers, product catalogues, packaging,



brochures, and event creatives.

3. Social & Content Design: Own day-to-day design for Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp marketing.

4. Brand Guidelines: Maintain visual consistency while evolving the brand look with new trends and campaign needs.

5. Collaboration: Work with marketing, content, and paid ads teams to deliver creatives that convert. Take feedback and iterate fast.

6. Adaptation: Resize and optimize designs for multiple formats, aspect ratios, and platforms.

Requirements: -

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator | Figma/Canva is a plus

Robust understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy

Portfolio showcasing digital ads, social media, and branding work

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Based in Chennai or willing to relocate | Work from office required

Basic motion graphics/video editing is an added advantage
