We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional & Technical Analyst with solid expertise in supporting, configuring, and enhancing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a balanced functional and technical background, with hands-on experience in system configuration, reporting, issue analysis, and solution delivery. This role demands strong stakeholder collaboration and the ability to drive continuous system improvements, including patch validation and feature enhancements.

Responsibilities

- Provide end-to-end functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion HCM and VBCS
- Configure and support modules: Core HR, Recruiting, Talent/Journeys, Learning, and HCM Security
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Develop and maintain reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts
- Manage security roles, data access, and approval workflows
- Troubleshoot application and integration issues; perform root cause analysis
- Conduct impact analysis for quarterly updates, patches, and new releases
- Execute patch testing, regression testing, and validation activities
- Deliver release updates, status reports, and stakeholder walkthroughs




- Support implementation of new features and enhancements
- Collaborate with HR, IT, reporting teams, and external vendors
- Maintain documentation: configurations, workflows, test cases, and user guides
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, audit, and security standards

Skills

- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM (functional + technical support)
- Expertise in Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, and Security
- Hands-on experience in HCM configuration, workflows, approvals, and roles
- Strong reporting skills: OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts
- Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)
- Knowledge of integrations: REST APIs, SOAP APIs, HDL, HCM Data Loader
- Experience in Fast Formulas and workflow configuration
- Strong debugging and issue resolution skills
- Experience with quarterly updates, patching, and release management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
