Job Summary

We are seeking a General Manager, India to join our team in the Mobility Division. This role will be

responsible for driving growth, strategy, and operational excellence of mobility division in India.

The role requires a deep understanding of the mobility industry, strong leadership skills, a proven

track record in P&L; management with a strong focus on operation management & Commercial experience. We are a leader in customized interconnect, and the plants are in Chennai and Bangalore in India.

Main Responsibilities

- Establish, implement, and communicate the strategic direction of the organization’s operations.
- Drive significant improvements in operations efficiency.




- Ensure operational processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to achieve business targets and foster a high- performance culture.
- Drive growth through flawless NPI (New Product Introductions).
- Improve our operational costs enabling us to win competitive RFQ’s.
- Manage the budget and performance metrics, monitoring performance and making strategic adjustments as needed.
- Ensure that all products and processes adhere to relevant industry regulations, certifications, and quality standards.
- Deliver operational excellence that will result in a world-class customer experience.
- Drive a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Builds a talented team through both internal development and strategic hiring of external talent.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Over 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the mobility sector of manufacturing, specifically in Stamping, Molding, Automation, Connector Manufacturing.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing operation strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Robust understanding of mobility industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions in a structured manner.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
