Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Salem for a Site Civil Engineer. The responsibilities include overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, preparing civil engineering designs, and ensuring all operations comply with relevant standards.



The Site Civil Engineer will also be responsible for planning, monitoring project timelines, and implementing effective stormwater management solutions. Collaboration with teams and stakeholders to ensure high-quality construction is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and a strong understanding of Civil Engineering principles
- Experience in Planning and coordinating construction projects
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management practices and related infrastructure
- Ability to work collaboratively with other Civil Engineers and construction teams
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards for construction
- Proficiency in engineering and CAD software (preferred)
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, Tamil
