Position Overview
The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) supports the Guest Relations Manager in delivering a warm, polished, and personalised guest experience. This role is guest‑facing and detail‑oriented, focused on hosting, recognition, reservations support, and ensuring service standards are upheld discreetly and consistently throughout the dining experience.
The GRE is often the first point of human connection at Fieno and plays a vital role in setting the tone of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Welcome & Hosting
- Greet guests with warmth, poise, and confidence upon arrival.
- Assist in seating guests in accordance with reservations and service flow.
- Ensure guests feel acknowledged, comfortable, and well cared for from arrival to departure.
Guest Support & Personalisation
- Support the GRM in maintaining guest profiles, preferences, and visit notes.
- Recognise repeat guests and assist with personalised touches wherever appropriate.
- Respond to guest queries courteously and efficiently.
Reservations & Front Desk Support
- Assist in managing reservations, walk‑ins, and waitlists.
- Handle guest calls and messages professionally, reflecting brand tone.
- Coordinate with the floor team to ensure smooth table transitions.
Service Coordination
- Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the service and kitchen teams.
- Observe the dining room and proactively flag any concerns to the GRM or Restaurant Manager.
- Assist in ensuring service standards are consistently maintained.
Feedback & Experience Flow
- Support the GRM in monitoring guest satisfaction during service.
- Assist in addressing minor guest concerns promptly and discreetly.
- Ensure farewell interactions are warm, polished, and memorable.
Experience & Background
- 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, hosting, or front‑of‑house roles.
- Experience in premium restaurants or luxury hotel environments preferred.
- Exposure to fine‑dining service etiquette is an advantage.
Personal Attributes
- Well‑presented, articulate, and naturally hospitable.
- Calm, observant, and attentive to detail.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a structured, refined service environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
