Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Head – Administration to lead operations at our Gurukul facility. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, financial performance, and exceptional patient experience across the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
Hospital Operations & Management
- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Ensure a seamless patient journey from admission to discharge
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
Financial & Business Performance
- Monitor KPIs, revenue, and cost metrics
- Optimize revenue streams (OPD to diagnostics/pharmacy conversions)
- Implement cost-control measures and improve profitability
- Present financial reports and insights to leadership
Patient Experience Excellence
- Lead initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and service quality
- Manage grievance resolution and feedback mechanisms (including NPS)
- Oversee support services like F&B; and facility management
Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and accreditation bodies
- Build strong relationships with doctors and clinical teams
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop administrative teams
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture
✅ Desired Profile:
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management
Experience: Proven experience in a senior administrative role in a hospital
Core Skills:
- Robust financial and analytical skills
- Leadership and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage high-pressure environments
- Deep understanding of healthcare operations and patient service standards
