We’re Hiring | Senior Specialist – SAP Fieldglass VMS

We are looking for an experienced Senior Specialist with 7–11 years of expertise in SAP Fieldglass VMS to manage and optimize Contingent Workforce Management and Service Procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Fieldglass modules
- Manage end-to-end contingent workforce management and service procurement
- Act as SME for Worker Profile Management and compliance processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and service providers
- Support integrations with enterprise systems
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize SAP Fieldglass solutions
- Drive process improvements using data insights and user feedback
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing
