Role Summary
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and optimize software solutions with a strong focus on Splunk-based implementations . You’ll work in a collaborative, agile workplace to build scalable systems, improve performance, and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Independently design, develop, and maintain software solutions using Splunk
Act as an SME and contribute to technical decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and performance issues
Enhance existing applications for scalability, reliability, and efficiency
Participate actively in agile ceremonies (scrums, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Maintain clear technical documentation for solutions and processes
Support and mentor junior developers
Required Skills




Strong hands-on experience in Splunk Development & Administration
Experience with dashboards, alerts, reports, and data ingestion
Proficiency in modern development practices and frameworks
Strong debugging and analytical skills
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies
Ability to write clean, optimized, and maintainable code
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Splunk
15 years of full-time education (mandatory)
