Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) professional to design, build, and optimize customer journeys across channels. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with AJO, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and campaign orchestration, enabling personalized and data-driven customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement cross-channel customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer
Build and manage email and SMS within AJO
Create and manage real-time and batch journeys leveraging events, segments, and profiles
Work with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) for data ingestion, schemas, datasets, and identities
Configure decisioning, offers, and personalization logic
Collaborate with business, marketing, and analytics teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Ensure best practices for journey governance, performance, and scalability
Troubleshoot journey execution issues and optimize delivery and engagement
Support UAT, deployment, and production releases




Create technical documentation and provide KT to stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications
3–8 years of experience in MarTech / Campaign Management tools
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
Solid understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) :
Schemas, XDM
Datasets & Dataflows
Identity Service & Profile
Experience with event-based and segment-based journeys
Knowledge of real-time personalization and decisioning
Hands-on with email and push channel configuration
Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and data integrations
Good knowledge of customer lifecycle management and omnichannel marketing

Good to Have
Experience with Adobe Campaign (Classic/Standard)
Exposure to Adobe Analytics
Knowledge of offer decisioning and content templates
Adobe certifications (AJO / AEP)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

Soft Skills
