Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Multi-Module Architect to design and lead enterprise-scale implementations across multiple ServiceNow modules. This role requires deep platform expertise, cross-functional knowledge, and the ability to architect integrated solutions that align with business and IT strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Define end-to-end architecture for ServiceNow implementations spanning multiple modules
Lead solution design across modules such as:
ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change)
ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
HRSD (HR Service Delivery)
SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
CSM (Customer Service Management)
SecOps / GRC
Ensure seamless integration and data flow across modules and external systems
Collaborate with enterprise architects, stakeholders, and business leaders to define roadmap and strategy
Establish governance, standards, and best practices for ServiceNow development
Drive platform scalability, performance optimization, and security compliance
Lead technical design workshops and architecture reviews
Mentor developers, leads, and module architects
Oversee integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, APIs)




Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and cloud strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications
Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and multi-module implementations
Robust hands-on experience across at least 3–4 ServiceNow modules
Proficiency in:
Flow Designer & IntegrationHub
Scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
CMDB architecture and data modeling
Experience with enterprise integrations and middleware tools
Strong understanding of ITIL and IT operations processes
Experience with Agile and DevOps practices
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (highly preferred)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Multiple CIS certifications (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, etc.)
Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs
Exposure to cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP)
