Role Overview:
The role focuses on building strong foundations in User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design, while fostering design thinking, problem-solving, and user-centered innovation among students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver courses in UI Design, UX Design, and Product Design
- Conduct studio-based teaching, critiques, and hands-on labs
- Guide students in portfolio development, internships, and capstone projects
- Develop and upgrade curriculum aligned with industry standards
- Integrate live projects, case studies, and industry collaborations




- Participate in academic research and conference activities

Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in UI/UX design principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in tools like Figma and Adobe XD
- Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and design systems
- Understanding of design thinking and user-centered design
- Exposure to AI in design and emerging technologies
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies ( HTML/CSS is an advantage )

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Multimedia, or related fields
- Candidates with Ph.D. or pursuing research will be preferred

Experience:
- Academic or industry experience in U I/UX, Product Design, or Digital Design
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and case studies
- Experience in mentoring students or leading design teams is an added advantage
